About This Project
The Patel family's kitchen was lit by old halogen downlights that generated excessive heat and used far too much power. During summer, the heat from the lights made cooking even more uncomfortable. They wanted modern LED lighting that would be cooler and more economical.
We replaced all 12 halogen downlights with quality LED units that use 80% less power and produce virtually no heat. We selected a warm white color temperature to maintain the cozy kitchen atmosphere while dramatically improving light quality. The new dimmable LEDs let them adjust brightness for different occasions.
The kitchen now stays cooler during cooking, and the family has already noticed the difference in their power bills. The improved light quality makes food prep easier, and Mr. Patel loves using the dimmer for dinner parties.
